July 2003 - My 2nd trip to Haiti. Flew from Philadelphia to Miami, Miami to Port-au-Prince, Haiti. It may have been the poorest country in the western hemisphere but it looked like paradise to me. Western leaders called Aristide a "dictator" but the country was very safe and stable. Not dangerous. I was on the streets at all times of the night and had no problems. Not like it is today (written June 2024) where it is ruled by gangs. BTW, it should be noted that there is NO democracy in the west. Not in the USA, not in the UK or Canada as these countries are oligarchies run by zionists. Anyway enjoy the photos of Haiti during a kinder more peaceful time in Haiti's history.

Armed guards protect businesses in Haiti (2003). The weapon of choice in all cases was a street sweeper style shotgun with a pistol grip with a multi round magazine.
A view from the 2nd floor balcony of the Detente Tropicale Hotel in LaPlaine, Haiti. I believe the Detente Tropicale Hotel was destroyed during the earthquake of 2010. Ginette was living in the Dominican Republic when the earthquake hit.
